Steven G. Wolff
Steven G. Wolff specializes in real estate acquisition and leasing and hospitality matters including management, consulting and joint venture arrangements, as well as general business transactions. He represents numerous real estate developers and operators as well as REITs, hotels, restaurant operators and joint ventures in consumer and the hospitality industries. Mr. Wolff began practicing law in 1981 at Silverberg, Rosen, Leon & Behr in Los Angeles, becoming a partner in 1988. In 1988, he joined Mort Rosenfeld in establishing this firm. Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, he attended law school at Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley, and is a graduate of UCLA, with a degree in Economics.
In the course of Mr. Wolff’s more than thirty years of experience as a transactional lawyer, he has handled many innovative and complex transactions including the development, acquisition, construction, leasing, financing and disposition of shopping centers, multi-family apartments, office buildings, industrial and other commercial properties. Mr. Wolff has represented numerous restaurateurs, hospitality companies and celebrity chefs, including Wolfgang Puck, The Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas, Mr. Chow, Michael Mina, Curtis Stone, Innovative Dining Concepts, Nancy Silverton, Christopher Kostow, Richard Reddington and Piero Selvaggio, as well as national and regional restaurant operators, in complex lease, management, consulting and joint venture transactions.
