David C. Klein


David C. Klein specializes in real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing. He represents numerous real estate developers and operators in both local and national developments. Mr. Klein began practicing law in 1985 at Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman and Machtinger, LLP. In 1994, Mr. Klein started his own firm and in 1997 he joined Mr. Rosenfeld and Mr. Wolff in establishing this firm. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he graduated Hastings Law School in San Francisco, California (recipient Thurston Society), and is also a graduate of UCLA (B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).

In the course of Mr. Klein’s experience as a real estate lawyer, he has negotiated many complex transactions including the development, acquisition, construction, leasing, financing, defeasance and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial and other commercial properties.
